This is a fantastic chicken dish that takes about 20 minutes and keeps you in ketosis. Really sorry I lost my pictures but next time I make this I will make sure to update the recipe. This is the first of many Keto recipes I will be adding to the site.

Crab Cakes

Ok fellas, this is a must do if you have the time on Valentines day--TRUST ME! Normal crab cakes have a large percentage of bread crumbs mixed into them, but not this one. The secret for this one is in the butter sauce.

Brunswick Stew

Recently, I smoked a pork butt and had some leftover, so I decided to make a Brunswick stew. For those of you that haven't tried making Brunswick Stew in the past for fear it was hard, let me reassure you that it is easier than you think, and a must try--one pot dish and cook low/slow.
